As Group CEO, I am responsible for setting the strategic vision for the business and ensuring the delivery of the Verso strategy. I joined Verso in June 2023. Prior to that I was CEO at Brown Shipley where I was responsible for growing the business both organically and through acquisition, replatforming the investment business and using technology to improve the client experience.

Prior to joining Brown Shipley I had spent the majority of my career at Santander, latterly as Head of the Wealth Management business where I launched Santander Private Banking and brought the Investment Hub to market, an innovative open architecture offering for clients investing digitally.

I have over 30 years experience in financial services and have attended the INSEAD Strategic Management in Banking Programme
